Learning Targets for the Week:

Reading: Making connections between written, visual, and oral versions of a text to improve comprehension.

Math: We are starting Fractions this week! We will be working with Equivalent Fractions.  (Quiz on Monday, February 12th.)

Writing: Informative Writing- turning our notes into an essay.  

Social Studies: Events and Results of the American Revolution. (Open-Book test on Friday over Ch. 8.  Since this is an open-book test, a retake test will not be offered.)

Spelling:  Words with the short /u/ sound.  Test on Thursday.

Homework for Monday, February 5th:

Practice Typing for 15 minutes and document on your Keyboarding Log.
