I came across this on social media last night and thought it was such a great idea! This is your "homework" for this week through next Tuesday, 4/17.  Please complete as many of these as possible. 


  • Go on a bike/scooter ride
  • Read a book
  • Watch your favorite TV program
  • Smile
  • Eat ice cream (or other non-dairy treat)
  • Spend time with the people you love
  • Laugh until your cheeks hurt
  • Go outside and enjoy the weather
  • Go for a walk or a hike
  • Spend time on your favorite hobby
  • Rest
  • See friends
  • Run until you just can't anymore
  • Cook or make something
  • Have more ice cream (or other non-dairy treat)
  • Play in your yard
  • Do something you have never done before
Remember to get to bed early and eat a hearty breakfast!! Day 1 of Milestones is in the books!
